  4. Correct Details: Please provide the correct address and contact details when placing your order.
  5. Order Acceptance: Glowing Cosmetics reserves the right to accept or reject any order at any time. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to the non-fulfillment of an order.
  6. Return Shipping: If shipping returns, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
  7. Policy Changes: Glowing Cosmetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

 Returns & Claims

  1. Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase with a valid sales invoice.
  2. Discounted Items: No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on discounted items.
  3. Accessories: Exchanges and refunds will not be accepted on accessories.
  4. Product Condition: Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags attached.
  5. Sales Invoice: No claims will be processed without the original sales invoice.
  6. Claim Period: Claims can be filed within 4 weeks of the purchase date.
  7. Approval Process: All claims are subject to the approval of our Head Office in accordance with Glowing Cosmetics policies, and the process may take 7 to 10 working days.
  8. Online Purchases Only: Returns and claims apply only to products purchased online. For items bought at Glowing Cosmetics retail outlets, please contact our Customer Care Department or visit the specific outlet.
  9. Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a customer care representative will reach out, and your refund will be processed within 5 working days, with the amount credited to your bank account.
